Achievement hunting

I have a habit of impulse buying games and never playing them, and I am constantly being tempted further by all the cool-looking games that are on my wishlist. This is a problem, because I'm not exactly the most wealthy person around. One of the ways I try to combat this is with achievement hunting, focusing on completely maxing out the games I already have before giving myself the option of buying new ones that I may not end up playing for a while. I can't give the exact stats for this but I think this plan has gone rather well. Achievement hunting also scratches a particular, perfectionist-ish itch in my brain. I wouldn't really say I'm a perfectionist in the traditional sense, more so that I am concerned about whether I've fully finished something. A game without a 100% completion rate is like a story that I haven't read the last chapter of, how can I say I'm done with the game without doing everything?

This page is a catalogue of these 100% misadventures. I've got all the games I've completed so far, and all the games I want to complete Eventually, and maybe some thoughts about the experiences if I have anything particularly interesting to say about them.
