About this site
I'm Vinilla and this is my den, a nice little corner of the internet that I like to spend time in! I'm still new to this so you might run into some nooks that are still under construction! Please bear with me as I getfully settled in.
I started this website in January 2026, mostly as a vessel for all of my ramblings about my interests and my original characters. Of course I use Toyhouse and "exist" on other social media, but I felt constrained in my creativity and a bit hopeless from being subjected to the whims of Big Algorithm™. Nowhere really felt like a proper home. I have been becoming more familiar with CSS and HTML lately and felt like building this site could be a great way to hone my skills even further and finally make my own little nook in the big wide internet. Plus, I just like the idea of having one place where I can easily see all of the things that make me happy!
I don't care if you use my website for inspiration/reference for coding but also... I barely know what I'm doing so I'm probably not the best learning material anyway LMAO. Additional note: I've tried my best to make this site functional on mobile but desktop is always going to be my main priority and I recommend using it for the best experience.
To-Do:
- Finish adding images for my physical music collection
- Article about detective games
- Player/author tips for Stardew mods??
- Discuss cool things I've done with wikis
- Learn Javascript
- Improve accessibility
- Document all of my stories and OCs in my writing section (very long term goal)
- Shrines
- Sparks
- Cathal O'Meara
- The Legend of Zelda
- ...and more probably
Changes this month:
- 9/14 - Removed links page, adding its previous content into About me and About the site pages. Slightly expanded/redid the About me page as well.
- 9/7 - Art gallery finally has popups with enlarged images and captions! Also now includes all of the stuff I made during Art Fight. Updated the modding page with the latest status updates of my projects. Added the passengers page to the Obra Dinn shrine, meaning the shrine is complete (for now). Added new fanfiction to the writing archive.

Here's my site button! Please take good care of it and don't hotlink.
And other people's sites that I think are really cool and/or inspired some of my own design decisions here!
