About this site

I'm Vinilla and this is my den, a nice little corner of the internet that I like to spend time in! I'm still new to this so you might run into some nooks that are still under construction! Please bear with me as I getfully settled in.

I started this website in January 2026, mostly as a vessel for all of my ramblings about my interests and my original characters. Of course I use Toyhouse and "exist" on other social media, but I felt constrained in my creativity and a bit hopeless from being subjected to the whims of Big Algorithm™. Nowhere really felt like a proper home. I have been becoming more familiar with CSS and HTML lately and felt like building this site could be a great way to hone my skills even further and finally make my own little nook in the big wide internet. Plus, I just like the idea of having one place where I can easily see all of the things that make me happy!

I don't care if you use my website for inspiration/reference for coding but also... I barely know what I'm doing so I'm probably not the best learning material anyway LMAO. Additional note: I've tried my best to make this site functional on mobile but desktop is always going to be my main priority and I recommend using it for the best experience.

Changes this month:

  • 5/13 - Whew lots of big changes! Completely new index page, new navbar layout, and a new page for links, which includes site buttons and a guestbook, and one for the full changelog!
  • 5/10 - I am still alive! Added some new games to the achievement hunting page.
