- I am really awkward in real life and not good at interacting with strangers
- I broke my foot when I was a kid
- I no longer have a gallbladder (good riddance! gallstones are so far the worst pain I have experienced)
- One of the inspirations for my chosen name was Vincent van Gogh
- My persona has a tail because I think it makes it easier to see it less as a literal representation as myself, which I typically don't like doing in my art
- Always trying to improve my internet presence; I want to be someone who can help others with kindness and be looked to as a source of knowledge and comfort
- I didn't grow up with the old internet, but I love using this site as a vessel of self-expression and means to learn new things
Hobbies
My main hobbies are video games, listening to music, making digital art, and creating original characters. I occasionally dabble in writing fan fiction, some stuff that may be considered programming (editing wikis and making mods for Stardew Valley), travelling, cooking, and baking. I would love to turn reading books into a habit as it once was when I was a kid. I'd also like to branch out into other artistic mediums one day (clay, painting, video games?) I think learning a language would be really cool too though I'm not sure which one specifically.
Likes
- The color purple, especially pastel, lavender-y shades
- Plants (though I'm not very good at caring for them)
- Snakes, specifically ball pythons (I'd love to care for one someday)
- Dogs, sharks, and giraffes (and when I was a kid, dragons)
- Ugly Christmas sweaters
- The aesthetics of astrology, tarot cards, etc. (though I don't believe in it)
- History, geography, and linguistics
- Learning new things and feeling like I'm solving a mystery
- Winter and autumn, snow
Dislikes
- Generative AI
- Summertime or heat in general
- Spontaneity
- Messy desks and counters (which is unfortunate because my desk is usually super cluttered)
- Leaving things unfinished (again, sucks because my brain likes to do that)
- People who overly hate on Gen Z, and generational superiority complexes in general
- Edgelords and dark humor that punches down
